Allows employees to be personally fined up to $5,000 per violation of the Act’s provisions that relate to honoring donor intent.
Allows board members to be personally fined up to $5,000 per violation of the Act’s provisions that relate to honoring donor intent if they take part in an action or decision related to the violation.
Allows any officer or director or the Attorney General to sue your organization to enforce your organization’s Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws if your organization or people involved in your organization violate the Articles or Bylaws.
