Cohort Program

The Nonprofit Development Center’s Cohort Program is a free educational program designed to train the next generation of nonprofit leaders.  Participants will receive one year of extensive training and graduate with an accredited university certificate in nonprofit administration.

Who should consider being a cohort member?

We are looking for those who have dedicated themselves to helping nonprofits in the Blue Mountain Region.  This dedication can be demonstrated by working for nonprofits or volunteering for them.  We seek those who want to learn new skills and use those skills to help others. 


Educational requirements?

Cohort Participants can participate and receive college credit at the undergraduate (Bachelor’s degree) or graduate level (Master’s Degree).  For the Bachelor’s levels, participants need to have secured their GED or Highschool Diploma before applying to the cohort.  For the Master’s level, participants need to have completed their Bachelor’s degree before applying.

The first round of application review will take place after February 28, 2022.  For full consideration please submit your application before that date. The process is competitive.  Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or participation.
